Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 3 to 7 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• Customized or altered products are not eligible for return.

• Size-related issues are not eligible for return or refund. Please refer to the size chart before placing an order.

2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the product in its original packaging.

3. Ship the Item: Follow the shipping instructions provided by our team to return the product.

Refund & Exchange Policy

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will only exchange the product

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

• Customized products are not eligible for return or refund.

• Items purchased on sale or during special promotions cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a package opening video as proof ( Mandatory). If no video proof no replacement will be provided.

• Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement for the product if all criteria’s are met
